Windsor Trans Supply Library Surgery Supplies Request Form

Duration of lending:

Top surgery - 4 weeks
Bottom surgery - 12 weeks
Other surgeries (i.e., facial feminization surgery, breast augmentation, body feminization/masculinization surgery) - 4 weeks
If having multiple procedures, the duration of lending defaults to the longer one (i.e., if having bottom surgery and breast augmentation at the same time, the lending period is 12 weeks)
Single-use supplies (i.e., Dexidin, pads, baby wipes) are yours to keep
Items may be renewed for an additional time by emailing windsortranssupplylibrary@gmail.com (subject to availability)

All hard items will be cleaned with soap and water, as well as a clinical-grade disinfectant. All soft items will be laundered with a generic laundry detergent. Please clean and launder all items before returning (to the best of your ability).

Items are stored and processed in a pet and smoke-free household. Please let us know if you have any specific allergies.

If you require something we do not carry, please let us know in the comments field or at windsortranssupplylibrary@gmail.com.

Please only request items if you have a surgery date.

Allow up to 1 week for your request to be processed.
